Football Manager 2014 14.2.2 Hotfix Available at Steam

A new Football Manager 2014 Hotfix is now available to download at Steam. The new update fixes some bugs and errors with FM14. By downloading the new update your Football Manager version will be 14.2.2.

Football Manager 2014 14.2.2 is one of the most welcomed, for me personally as it correct some issues with Player instructions.

The new hotfix is save-game compatible, so you're fine to contiune with your main save. To update FM14 to 14.2.2 (the new patches), please save your current game, then quit FM14 and restart Steam. Launch the game as normal and the update will automatically start.

14.2 Zero Sea's Rage--343 4231 424 V5

I developed a powerful 343 tactic back in fm10, however 343 did not work out well from fm11-13, I am always fascinated by 343.

This year, I finally made it better than ever and I felt ecstatic, that why i named this 343 tactic Zero Sea's Rage.

The design for FM14 is very balance. So i try to use the setting that i use for my 343 and change the formation into 4231 and 424, and the effect is still as good as 343.

Which one is the best?
These are all depending on your players. For example, if you are using Arsenal with 343 formation, it is recommended to buy 1--2 ST.If you are using Chelsea, Man City or Real Madrid,you can try all my tictics.
You can also use them in turn.

Youth intakes, are quite simply acquiring new players in Football Manager – so called regens – through your youth system. This happens once a season, on a different date depending on the country. It is easy to spot in game as a message in your inbox will appear – for example: "Real Madrid announce intake of new youth players". Hey guys and welcome to my best FM 2014 tactic based around the 4-4-2 using fluid philosophy. This Football Manager 2014 tactic is called ‘Darren’s 4-4-2 and the deadly duo’. I’m sure the 4-4-2 bit makes perfect sense, the deadly duo bit I guess may have a few scratching heads.

Long story short, I think FM 2014 will see us creating more tactics based around what we have in terms of players as opposed to a vision we have for creating triangles and pretty little patterns. Miles Jacobson has made it perfectly clear that this years edition relies heavily on players and using them in the right roles.
